As a rough guideline, administrators usually require editors to have made more than 500 useful non-botlike edits, and to have been active in the last thirty days. Patrollers and License reviewers don't have to request this flag. Find possible candidates.

I am requesting Filemover status on Commons. I have made over 1,500 edits on Commons and 2,000 on Wikipedia. I am an experienced editor and have a good understanding of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I would like to be able to move files to correct names and to help with file maintenance tasks. Ich möchte gerne mit den Filemover-Rechten ausgestattet werden. Ich bin seit fast 20 Jahren bei WP dabei und habe seitdem dort rund 50.000 Edits, auf Commons rund 20.000 Edits getätigt.
